The hotel is fantastically located on vibrant Fifth Avenue, steps away from the beautiful beach of Playa Del Carmen. The rooms are bright and spacious, though lacking in complete privacy due to the sand blasted glass partition. The service, from check-in to dining, is exceptional and thoughtful. The dining experience offers great variety but may seem slightly monotonous at times. The rooftop pool provides a relaxing oasis, although some maintenance issues were noted in the shower. Overall, an excellent place to stay with a few minor drawbacks.

The location couldn't have been better; just a short stroll to 5th Avenue with all its attractions. The dining experience wasn't always ideal, with limited options and some meals not meeting expectations. Overall, a great stay with a few minor hiccups.

I had a truly futuristic experience at The Carmen hotel with its uniquely designed rooms featuring unusual curvy furniture and balconies straight out of the Jetsons. The hotel's service was exceptional, with staff even stopping by to greet us and make sure we felt welcomed. The location, right in the heart of vibrant Fifth Avenue and by the beautiful Playa beach, was simply perfect. While the dining experience was a bit monotonous, the facilities, including the rooftop pool, were top-notch.
